I’ve had several packages left at my door, but there have been no notifications. I can leave my front door and it will ring, but when I come back in, nothing. During the summer when the lawn is mowed 20 yards away it will ring.
Hey there, @loyvbean! I would recommend that you revise some of your Motion Settings to make sure they are optimal for your setup. You can do this under devices > select your device > and then motion settings. Please read this Ring Help Center article for more info. Also, check what your Motion Frequency is set to; if you do not have it on Frequent, please try changing your setting to “Frequent” to see if it changes your experience.
