Since my electrician is coming out today to do other jobs, I decided today that I am going to have him take off my ring doorbell and put back on my old doorbell. This device just has too many issues with it and I’m done trying to troubleshoot it. From what I have been reading on the community sight, sounds like all the generations of doorbells have their own unique quirks. I guess I’m just old school.
