Hello. We moved to a new home and left the equipment with our old home. We forgot to disconnect the monitoring service and because there is no network for the new homeowner I can’t discontinue the monitoring service. Please help!

They should be able to take a look at your account and get the Ring Protect plan sorted out to ensure you aren’t further charged for a plan that you’re no longer using. OP - if you are getting Ring on the new place, you definitely want to “MOVE” the subscription to a new system and not just drop it.
You probably have Ring Protect Plus (1st gen) for $100 a year. If you would activate a new plan, you would have to get Ring Protect Pro for $200 a year.
