Disarm does not work

Nothing really happens one I activate Disarmed (which is next to Home and Away)

Motrion detection continues to work and my wife and I continue to be notified

Any thoughts?

Hi @patb. Can you go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Settings > Modes and check your settings here to see if it needs to be adjusted? I recommend ensuring this is how it should be, and then switching in between Modes before going back to Disarm. From there, if you still continue to have motion detection even when it’s disarmed, try to reset the Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds.

After this, go into the Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. This will take you through another setup of your device, which you should then toggle between Modes after the setup is complete, and ensure Disarm mode works as it should.
