Didn't get notification for delivery

I just noticed that I didn’t get a notification alert from the Ring app that Fedex walked up to the front porch and laid a package down on our outside table.

Our zones look like this:

I just changed the Motion Freq and Package deliveries slider to MAX ( They were set about middle ways)

I just changed the Motion Frequency to Frequently from Regularly…

Do ya’ll think that would help any?

Hi @CWM030. It’s always a good call to adjust your settings to make sure everything fits your preferences. I’d recommend monitoring your Doorbell’s performance to see if the settings need to be changed any further.
