Hey @DVreekamp. It seems you may be having a concern with the Doorbell not being able to go through a setup and connect to your wifi, correct? If this is the case, could you please attach a screenshot of the error message you get when you try to connect the Doorbell? Additionally, please review our Ring Help Center Article here to ensure that all the settings on your router are as they should be to allow the Doorbell to reconnect. :slight_smile:
