My defined alert area is no longer working and I keep getting alert for any movement regardless the polygon I created. It used to work on the past, but no longer. I also tried to remove and create the polygon again, same result. Please advise.
Hi @RK85097. I suggest looking over this Community post here. It’s a great guide to optimize your Doorbells Motion Detection. If there are steps or a hill leading up to your Doorbell, you may need to add a Wedge Kit to your Doorbell. Lastly, try drawing multiple, smaller rectangles for your Motion Zones instead of one, larger polygonal shape. This helps for more accurate Motion Detection.
