Please see the attached photo, I have no idea how this happened, we don’t currently pay the subscription fee so we can’t look back to find out. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement for the cracked plastic thanks!
Hi @Kite. There is not a way to replace just the plastic at this time, and you will instead need to replace the product itself.
