Contact Support Disconnecting

I have contacted support via phone 4 times, twice to the US 1800 number and twice to the Canadian 1 855 number and have been disconnected all 4 times. I’m just starting the install process and it’s telling me it’s incompatible in my area. Did I just throw away $300?
