One of my contact sensors intermittently quickly blinks several times, then turns solid blue, then goes out. In the app, there is nothing in the history showing a change in status. I have removed/reset to factory specs then reinstalled–no change. App shows full battery. Any ideas?
I think that is telling you it is losing connection (blinking), then getting it back. I would call support. It may be a defective sensor.
I just installed a the ring security system. I have 13 contact sensors set up on windows and doors. I’m experiencing the same issue you are on only one of the sensors. Did you get a resolution on your issue? Remedy?
The sensor was defective. Ring ran some tests remotely, then sent me a new sensor.
