I am unable to connect with the camera when I’m at work, so far it only works when I’m home and connected to my wifi ???
Hi @Kissfreeek. Are you using your mobile data or wifi when you’re at work? If you’re able to access the Live View when you’re connected to your wifi network at home but not at work, then that would indicate a problem with either the wifi at your work or your mobile data. You’ll want to try both options to narrow down which one isn’t working. I would also make sure that if you have a VPN, it is disabled as this will impact connectivity. If it’s the wifi at your work specifically that doesn’t allow you to connect, it may be a setting within their network so you should then try using your mobile data to connect instead.
