Connecting Indoor Camera to Smart Light

I’ve got a Ring Indoor Camera connected to a Ring Bridge. I also have a Ring Smart Lighting also connected to the same Ring Bridge. (Actually, I have two, but that’s not important.)

What I’d like to do is have the Ring Indoor Camera automatically record video when the Ring Smart Lighting device detects motion, whether or not the lights turn on. I can’t figure out how to do it. (The camera does record video when it records motion, but I’d like to catch any “bad guys” earlier.)

Hi @fcoulter. With the Linked Devices feature, you can link your various Ring devices together to enhance your home security. This should allow you to link your Indoor Camera with your Smart Lighting devices so that it begins recording when motion is detected. :slight_smile:
