Connected with no internet

Hi all have a doorbell but it appears that I have to change some router or modem settings any have an idea what settings will need to be changed cheers

Hey @Sean! Check out our help center article on ports and protocols which might help with connectivity. Occasionally a firewall on the router (gateway) in your home may be configured to block one or more of the ports listed in the article shared above. Let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
