Ring!!! How do I get compensation from yourselves? I’m using a product that isn’t fit the the purpose I purchased it. The ring never picks up at night so provides no form of night time security. We’ve now had things stolen from the front of our house at night. Went to review the footage and what do you know nothing is there between midnight and 7am. The relevant department should contact me regarding the compensation to replace these items that were stolen.

No one from Ring is going to contact you. We are fellow users and have no way to do anything in regards to your account.
Likely you have a setup issue and you should contact Support ( Contact Us – Ring Help).
Be aware wait times are long and you may have to call multiple times to get someone able to assist you in your setup.
