Chimes keeps disconnecting

I have two Chimes connecting to my Ring door bell. Both have been working fine for the last two years. My wifi settings have not changed but one of my chimes keeps disconnecting. I have followed the step provided by Ring to reconnect it, it works then stops again, often within a day. Any tips? I have also reset the whole system from scratch with the same lack of success.

Hi @user14517. What is the RSSI for your Chime that is disconnecting from wifi? You can find the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app. A higher RSSI can indicate a weaker or less stable wifi connection, which could cause your device to disconnect from wifi. In that case, you may want to consider moving the Chime’s location to be closer to your wifi router if possible.
