I have updated my ring doorbell to work with my 5G network, but my chime devices keep going off-line. I do not have the availability to use a separate 2.4 g network.
Most likely, neighbors are knocking out your 5GHz WiFi signal. Try buying a Chime Pro 2nd Gen that has a built-in WiFi Extender.
Try moving your Chime to another outlet or an outlet nearest your WiFi Router.
