I have a first generation chime and it won’t light up I changed plug outlet still won’t work. Do I need a new one?
Hi @Leroy50. Is your Chime reporting ass offline in the Ring app and not working? Try resetting the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. After that’s done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to complete a new setup. If that doesn’t work and your Chime is still unresponsive, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
