Chime will not connect to WiFi

Hi, my new Ring Chime won’t connect to my WiFi. My other Chime is working fine. I’ve tried using two different power sockets (same room as router), and two different phones, but just get an error message, and the light on the Chime goes red. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @roxieandlaura. A red light means that the Chime is unable to find the WiFi. I would suggest moving the Chime closer to your WiFi router for setup. If possible, try to use a different phone or tablet for setup as well. You can also reset the Chime by pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds, then release. I hope this helps.
