I have started getting this error (Chime Snooze Unavailable) when trying to set my chime snooze…The settings seem to apply, but I constantly get this annoying popup every time I go in…I have removed the chimes and re-added them, still have problem…I have uninstalled the app (Android) and reinstalled fresh, still have problem…
Thank you for the image example, @Kwisatz, and for trying those steps! As you mentioned using Android, please check for any Android apps that might conflict with the Ring app. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled. If you have another mobile device to test this on, this can rule out many Ring app/ mobile device related variables. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
