Chime Snooze Unavailable

I have started getting this error (Chime Snooze Unavailable) when trying to set my chime snooze…The settings seem to apply, but I constantly get this annoying popup every time I go in…I have removed the chimes and re-added them, still have problem…I have uninstalled the app (Android) and reinstalled fresh, still have problem…

As you mentioned using Android, please check for any Android apps that might conflict with the Ring app. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled. If you have another mobile device to test this on, this can rule out many Ring app/ mobile device related variables. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
