Snoozing one of my chimes always gives me an error saying it can’t snooze because all the chime’s alerts are turned off, even though there is an alert turned on. In spite of this error, it still correctly snoozes the alerts.
Hi @BobRed0965. I recommend performing a reset on your Chime and then reconnect it to wifi. To perform a reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After the Chime reboots, you can reconnect it to wifi. If this doesn’t correct the issue, try reaching out to our support team for the next best steps.
