Chime Says Connected, Device Unable to Connect

Hi team,

My Ring system keeps kicking offline for whatever reason and it’s becoming a huge pain to reconnect. I’m finding that when I pair the front door or side camera to the system, Chime Pro will say “your device was found”, and “your device has now been connected”. However, in the app, the device itself won’t connect. Last time this happened, it magically kicked on a couple hours later, but it’s becoming extremely annoying to have to do this (not to mention, grabbing the code off the device).

Can anyone help on why this isn’t connecting despite saying so? Thanks!
