Hi @Johnnyo. While the Chime Pro is plugged in, let’s try a reset of the device! For this, you will either see a small hole or button on the side of the Chime Pro. With it plugged in, press and hold down the button, or press and push in something that fits in the hole for 30 seconds. After that, see if you get any lights!
