My chime pro is normally connected to 3 devices. Today all 3 devices lost connectiong. I have restarted all devices. unplugged everyting including the chime pro. It is still connected to my wifi network but not the cameras. I have tried reconnting al the cameras to the chime pro but it says it can not find them. I have connected all the camera directly to my wifi and they work. The chime pro helps with a boost but now it will not connect to them. I even tried after connecting the camera to the wifi and it worked with the wifi and then reconnect to the chime pro but still a no go. Did the chime pro crap out?
Hey @DaneilT. Is the Chime Pro showing as online in the app? If the Chime Pro is online, please try removing the device from your account, resetting it by pressing and holding the button on the side for 30 seconds, and then setting it up again. Once set up again and connected to your internet, try to get the devices to connect back to the Chime Pro!
