My ring chime pro says there is not a good wifi connection but it is right next to the router. I’ve tried restarting the router, the chime pro, no luck. I got my doorbell to connect with no issues. Please help!
Hi @Cherb1. What is the RSSI for your Chime Pro showing as in the Ring App? When resetting the Chime Pro, were you holding down the reset button on the side for at least 20 seconds? I would also recommend walking through a new setup in the Ring App after completing the reset. This can refresh the Chime’s connection with the Ring App and with your home wifi network.
