My chime pro suddently stopped ringing when someone rings on either of my two door bells… They are linked, and the chime can also ring when I test the Sound in the app… I have tried to reset the chime with the same result… I’m so tired of this problem, so just before I cancel my subs, and buy something else, anyone else had this problem?
Hi @Morn. Does the Chime Pro ring at all for motion, or have you tried testing it by ringing the Doorbell yourself to see if it triggers the Chime Pro? If the Chime Pro has rung for motion right before the Doorbell is pressed, I’d recommend checking out this thread on that concern here.
