Chime after updating firmware not working

Everything works fine except for the chime will not change from factory settings, so other words I cannot pick what changed to play

Hi @abchel. To clarify, are you trying to change the alert tone on the Chime but it is not letting you? I’d suggest resetting the Chime by holding down the setup button on the side for at least 20 seconds. After that’s complete, you can set the Chime back up in the Ring App and attempt to change the alert tone again. Let me know how that works for you! :slight_smile:
