i can t connect my chime (1st gen) with my new ring intercom, in the ring app i cant see the device ring intercom inside the chime set up connection.
Hi @postumo. The Ring Intercom is not compatible with the Ring Chime or Chime Pro. The Chime or Chime Pro can be connected with Ring Doorbells and Security Cameras, but not the Intercom.
