Just fully charged the battery. Reinstalled but app is saying the battery is still not charged.
Hi there, @zamboknee! After charging the battery for several hours using the included micro usb, it should indeed be fully charged. The Ring app should show this battery status update, but it might take a moment to do so. If the battery level seems wrong in the Ring app, please trigger a motion event or two to see if this updates the reading. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
