Change device on plan after replacement

Hi,

My video doorbell was stolen and I’ve received my replacement. Did the setup and the new video doorbell is working. However, I still have the old doorbell in my plan and the new one is listed under a trial plan. How do I get my new doorbell in my plan instead of the old, stolen one?

I am in the USA, so I called the toll-free 800 number.

I was able to speak to a Ring representative without much delay.

I was paid through September 5, 2020 for Protect Basic plan.

She extended Protect Plus trial for another 3 months on my new Ring Doorbell 2 and cancelled my Protect Basic plan and gave me refund for the 3 months of $7.50
