Card issues when try to buy protection plan

Hey, living in Sweden and got ring doorbell 2. I’ve been trying to buy ring protection plan basic for severally times. I’ve tried more then 7 different visa/MasterCard and always get error that I should contact the bank. I’ve did that to and they can’t do I thing. I’ve spoken to the support several times and they can’t do a thing. What should I do to fix this problem. I want to get the protection plan.
