I used to be able to watch my Ring Doorbell live for about 5 minutes or so. At some point mid-last year it started only allowing for 30 seconds at a time. My doorbell is hard wired and has a great wifi connection. Why can’t I just view it for an unlimited amount of time if I want to? I should be able to just turn on the live view on my computer and let it sit forever if I wish since it has no batteries.
Anyway, is there a way to adjust it back to at least 5 minutes of live view on my PC?
