Can't view account/Plan/payment details

I can’t view what payment method is set up - or any details of my Plan - either in the app, or at ring.com after signing into my account.

Every time I try to view the details it just returns me to the Dashboard!

There was an issue with that yesterday ( Ring.com Status). It may be that the fix is still being rolled out to everyone.

Thanks @SolarEclipse - I haven’t been able to view it for at least a few days, but will try again in a few days time…
