Can't log on to Ring with new phone

My Ring app wouldn’t work with my new phone after operating fine for several months. I logged out of Ring with my new phone, did a password reset with my old phone. Got app to work on old phone and then tried new phone. New phone could not open app with new or old passwords and gives this message “An error ocurred trying to perform the operation. Try again later.”

Hi @Diazmr. First, check to make sure that the OS on your new phone is fully updated. Then uninstall the Ring App completely on the new phone, restart it in order to clear the cache, and reinstall the Ring App. Try signing in on your new phone after completing these steps to see if that takes care of the error message for you. :slight_smile:
