Annoying new device will not connect. Following all instructions. Not my first ring product. This sucks having to type in this community forum. Terrible customer service. My other devices connected pretty easily. This has no explanation for error and there is no support.

@Chelsea_Ring. Amazon helped me via chat. Unit is being returned and replacement coming.
