I’m a long time ring user, but recently added a stickup cam outside the house. I need to change the Device Name, but I keep getting an error when I try to do so.

This should not be happening, @jchapoy. It sounds like you are taking all the right steps to accomplish this. I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, then testing this again. I recommend also ensuring bluetooth and VPN are disabled. I hope this helps!
