Cant access live feed or video playback

Started yesterday I encounter an error when. Loading doorbell notifications videos aren’t playing and act like they haven’t been recorded. I also can’t pull up the live feature will not show video. Speeds are fine health is find service is active etc.

Hi @36chambers. We have a great Community article that has some tips and tricks on how to fix Live View issues. Additionally, you can try to reset your Doorbell and reconnect it to wifi. To reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Allow 1 minute for your Doorbell to reboot, then reconnect it to wifi. After that, your Doorbell will do a quick update. I’ve had great success with this, as it makes sure my Cameras Record Everything Around Me. I hope this information helps! :smiley:
