We have had our video doorbell pro 2 for a few weeks now and there were no problems until we had a power cut! I have tried to reconnect and it says that it can’t, maybe because the router is too far away (but it has not been moved since we first connected the doorbell) We have also turned off the router and turned it back on but it is still not working?? What can I do? Thank you
Hi @Deb71. What error message are you receiving in the Ring App when you try to reconnect your Doorbell Pro 2 to the wifi? Are you trying to reconnect it using the Reconnect to Wi-Fi option under the Device Health screen?
