Cannot conect door bell to WiFi

I can’t conect my video door bell and chime to my new WiFi as it says
5 digit code wrong chime
6 digit code wrong for doorbell
But they are correct and don’t know why it’s doing this as I’ve changed WiFi providers before and it worked fine
Can anyone please help me
