cannot add ring doorbell back into the account

I removed my video doorbell pro from account as I was not able to connect it to wi fi. It was removed from the account but when I try to add it back to my account, app says that the device is already registered to another account. and it ask me to remove it first; which I did in the first instance.

it is a catch 22 situation now. how to add it back to same account it was removed from. thanks for help

Hi @Panwar. Are you the owner of the Doorbell, or are you a Shared User? If you’re a Shared User and you removed the Doorbell from your account, it would still be set up under the Owner’s account and would need to be removed from there first.
