I purchased a new Ring Pro device to replace my original Ring Doorbell product. I removed the old one using the app. I added the new one to a new protect plan.
The old Ring Doorbell no longer shows online - how can I cancel the protect plan associated with it - or does it automatically cancel when deleting the device from your account?
