Hi All., Happy Holidays! Im trying to shut off my Motion Alerts in my Ring APP to stop any motion alerts that come in on all our IOS devices. Seems like they all work on their own. We have 2 iphones and 2 ipads, I am trying to go to dashboard turn off motion alerts at night … on all the devices at one time? Is this possible? TIA
Hi @harleymhs. Have you tried creating a Schedule? This will disable alerts for a specific time period. You can learn more about Schedules in this Help Center article here. This is somethings each user will create based on their preferences.
