I am installing my new wired spotlight cam and I am getting an “can’t join ring network” error. What can I do to fix this?
Hey @ajm! This sounds like the step in the setup when you connect the Ring app to communicate with the Ring-setup network via your wifi settings. If this step is not completing, please ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled on your mobile device, as well as other apps in the background are closed. If this persists, try using another mobile device to complete the setup. I hope this helps!
