Can’t connect to WI-FI

Trying to set up my ring doorbell and it’s not connecting to WiFi, right hand side is flashing white when trying to connect, and I’ve tried resetting with orange button inside as it’s version 3 doorbell. And also tried connecting right next to the router with no luck.

Some help would be much appreciated as it’s useless at the moment.
