I have a Ring floodlight cam - purchased in Sept 2018. It’s been running great - up to date on firmware, good WiFi signal. Never a problem. I have the unit set to take a snapshot every three minutes. On August 1st, at 3:25 in the morning, it captured something weird… no one know what this is…
Hi @hjdiet. This looks similar to what neighbors mentioned in this thread here. I’d recommend checking out the marked solution from Chelsea and reading through that as it explains what this light may be. 
I get what you are talking about - but my situation is completely different. I have a Floodlight cam and I have a 2 sec video of this thing coming near my house… all was captured via the snapshot feature (every three minutes) - this thing is not a bug - it tilted downward and made a shadow near my rear tire… I could not upload my video (a mov file when I downloaded from my phone)…
