I have outdoor and indoor cameras that after losing the connection can not enter the setup anymore. Tried the reset option on both and still won’t go into the setup.
The doorbell ring 2 has lost the camera capabilty.
Tried to call the ring support several times but no luck talking to someone.
Hey @Letty57. You may need to check your network settings by adjusting your ports and protocols to allow the Ring devices to connect. You can also reset your Ring camera or Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds to see if a reset allows you to set the device up again. Let me know if this seems to help!
