I noticed other day after I disarmed and came home the light on camera stated it was recording. In modes I have them set to no live no motion. So why are they on? They were not doing this before and setting all seem correct.
Hi there, @AmeliaD! Is this a repeating occurrence, or just happened the in that one instance? It may have been connection related during that time. If it happens again, check your RSSI in the Ring app by visiting your Video Doorbell page and selecting the Device Health option. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device, as this could the Ring app from operating as intended. I hope this helps!
