For the past week my camera’s image quality has been extremely poor. I’ve reset my wifi to see if that helps nothing has helped. My cameras are up to date as well. And my cameras motion detection isn’t that great neither. Also when I go live with the image quality being horrible the image will freeze so I can’t tell what’s actually going on when I’m in live mode.
Hi there, @Summer2106! What mobile device type are you using? If possible try live view on another mobile device entirely, as this can rule out many factors. If your mobile device is android, please ensure there are no android apps installed that might conflict with the Ring app. Additionally, I recommend trying out our Rapid Ring app, designed for the quickest access to live view.
