When I log back into my account, all of my ring cameras have defaulted back to alerting me to motion. I then have to go to the setting for each individual camera and turn it back off. It has not always done that. Is there anyway to keep my settings when I log out and then log back into my account again?? It’s very annoying since ring doesn’t allow you to assign admin access to another user in order to set user codes for another person’s account.
Hi @Clark_C. Your settings shouldn’t be resetting like what you’re experiencing. Are you fully logging out of your Ring account each time or are you simply closing and re-opening the Ring app? Do you have a VPN enabled on the computer or mobile device you’re using to access your Ring account with?
