all 4 wifi cameras failed early this morning and did not record a robbery on my driveway. The doorbell cam which is hard wired failed as well. There was a 10 hour lapse even though our internet was working. Any suggestions or ideas?
Hi @user18733. Which model of Ring Cameras do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. When you say that your Cameras “failed”, did you see that they were offline or the Live View didn’t work? Or are you referring to not seeing any motion events listed in the Event History? Once I have some more information on the situation, I’m happy to share some troubleshooting steps that may help.
