Camera Not Streaming

Hi, I bought a duo pack of ring security cameras.

The one at the back of my house in the garden, near the wifi modem works a treat.

The one at the front of the house, won’t stream and doesn’t work at all.

Set up exactly the same way and also bought a wifi extender for the front of the house, which is working.

But the security camera app isn’t - just says “activating device” with a swirling blue circle but there’s no connection.

Any suggestions?
